Anne Frank has the first published book in Dutch, it explains her life and the Holocaust. She was born in the year of 1929. She had one sibling, which was her sister Margot. They lived in Frankfurt Germany until Anne was the age of four. In 1933, the Nazi party came into play, whose leader was Adolf Hitler. They were a very hateful and heartless group of people who were against multiple groups. Mainly Jewish people were the blamed. Anne was Jewish, so she had to depart from her hometown to escape to a safer place. They ended up going to Amsterdam int he Netherlands. Later on, Germany ended up invading and taking over several countries such as: France, Poland, and many other countries in Europe. Anne's story unfortunately does not have a peaceful ending. After two hard years of hiding and not able to do much of anything, they were betrayed. Someone informed the Nazis where they were hiding and they were taken away by the police and imprisoned with the rest in camps. Millions have died counting Anne and Margot Frank. Anne was loved and adored by millions and will never be forgotten.
